Engagements
The Enterprise Blueprint
For a department that costs enough to matter, up to millions a year. Three to four weeks reading the department's systems, then a decision you can act on.
What we do
- Interview the people who run the department and the people who depend on it.
- Read the department's systems for three to four weeks, so the map shows how the work really moves.
- Read it through the seven lenses, so the diagnosis names where the ceiling sits.
- Sort every step: delete it, run it as plain code, hand it to an agent, or keep it with a person.
- Build a value model: what the department costs today and what the redesigned department would cost.
- Give a go or no-go.
What you receive
The department mapped as it runs, every step sorted, the value model, and a recommendation. When the answer is go, you receive the scope of an Agentic Rebuild. When the answer is no-go, you receive the reason.
For example, an independent insurance agency's commercial lines team, 16 people in this composite, handles renewals, endorsements, and certificates of insurance. The Blueprint reads the agency management system's activity log, the carrier portals, the document system, and the shared inboxes. Certificates take a large share of the hours, most for holders and wording the agency issued before, and many renewals reach the client in the last two weeks. The owner gets a go or a no-go with the reason.
A no-go is a result.
