Engagements
The Agentic Rebuild
One department rebuilt inside your systems, with the agents that run it. Usually four months; three to six, depending on the department.
How it runs
The Rebuild starts from the Blueprint's map and runs the same five steps as every engagement, at the scale of a department. We build inside your systems, put a person's approval on every step that touches money, customers, or contracts, and measure the department before and after.
Doug Evans makes the judgment calls in every Rebuild.
What changes
The agents take the steps that only move the work. Your people move to the steps that decide its quality, and they spend far more of their time on the work only they can do. At those steps your people make more of the decisions that matter, because the agents bring each one to them prepared.
For example, in an independent insurance agency's commercial lines team, the Rebuild moves the account managers from gathering to deciding. Agents open every renewal at 90 days, pull loss runs, prepare submissions, and lay the quotes side by side. Code issues a certificate only for a holder and wording the account manager already approved, and a new holder or new wording waits. The account manager decides every recommendation, and a person approves every client message.
