Four engagements, in the order companies need them.
Most clients start with a Workflow Sprint on one workstream. A company where one department carries the cost starts with an Enterprise Blueprint. Care keeps either one running.
Workflow Sprint. One workstream mapped and rebuilt with agents inside the software you already use. Two to three weeks, one fixed fee. → Workflow Sprint
Enterprise Blueprint. Three to four weeks reading one department's systems through the seven lenses. Every step sorted, a value model built, and a go or no-go given. For a department that costs enough to matter, up to millions a year. → Enterprise Blueprint
Agentic Rebuild. The department rebuilt inside your systems, with the agents that run it. Usually four months, billed monthly. Follows a Blueprint that says go. → Agentic Rebuild
Care. The agents kept governed, tuned, and current after the build, by the month. → Care
Fixed scope.
Each engagement has a defined scope. The Workflow Sprint and Sprint Care state their fees on their pages. When the work in front of you is larger than the scope, we say so before you sign, and the extra work becomes its own engagement.
